Cancellation Policy – Viaggi Incredible India

At Viaggi Incredible India, we understand that travel plans may need to change due to unexpected circumstances. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations can be made and any applicable charges.

By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. General Cancellation Terms

• All cancellations must be sent in writing via email to viaggiincredibleindia@gmail.com.
• Cancellations are only valid once you receive a written confirmation from us acknowledging your request.
• The date on which we receive your cancellation request will determine the applicable charges.

2. Standard Cancellation Charges for Tour Packages

• 30 days or more before departure:
  100% refund of the tour cost (excluding any non-refundable deposits, permits, or booking fees).
• 15–29 days before departure:
  50% refund of the tour cost.
• 7–14 days before departure:
  25% refund of the tour cost.
• Less than 7 days before departure or no-show:
  No refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation of Flight, Train, Hotel, or Activity Bookings

• For any third-party services (flights, trains, hotels, cruises, activities), the respective provider’s cancellation terms will apply in addition to our own charges.
• Non-refundable tickets or services, once booked, cannot be cancelled or refunded.

4. Partial Cancellations

• In the case of partial cancellations (e.g., cancellation of only a portion of the itinerary), refunds will be calculated based on the cancelled portion, subject to applicable rules.

5. Group Bookings

• Special cancellation rules may apply for group tours of 10 or more travelers, as per the group contract.

6. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events

In case of cancellations caused by events beyond your or our control (natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions):

• We will work to reschedule your trip at no extra service charge, subject to availability.
• If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued after deducting non-recoverable expenses paid to third-party suppliers.

7. Changes by the Client

• Any changes to your booking (such as travel dates, accommodation category, or itinerary) will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, and charges may apply depending on the stage of booking.
