Refund Policy – Viaggi Incredible India

At Viaggi Incredible India, we aim to ensure that our guests have a smooth and transparent experience when it comes to refunds. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued, the timelines involved, and the conditions that apply.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Cancellation requests made in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
  • Overpayments or duplicate payments received from the customer.
  • Tour or service cancellations initiated by Viaggi Incredible India due to unforeseen operational reasons.
  • Cancellations due to Force Majeure events where rescheduling is not possible.

2. Non-Refundable Charges

The following components are non-refundable:

  • Government fees, permits, and entry tickets once issued.
  • Non-refundable hotel, flight, train, or activity bookings as per third-party provider terms.
  • Service charges, booking fees, and bank transaction fees.
  • Costs for services that have already been utilized or partially used.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to viaggiincredibleindia@gmail.com.
  • Once approved, we will process the refund within 10–15 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during booking. If that method is unavailable, we may offer a bank transfer or travel credit.

4. Refunds for Third-Party Services

For services booked through third parties (e.g., airlines, hotels, cruises), the refund process will follow the terms of those providers. Any amounts recoverable from them will be passed on to you after deducting applicable service charges.

5. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider for updates, as processing times vary.
  • If you still have not received it, contact us directly.

6. Force Majeure & Special Cases

If your booking is cancelled due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest), we will:

  • Offer a rescheduled tour of equal value, or
  • Provide a refund after deducting non-recoverable third-party costs.

7. Disputes & Final Decision

All refund-related disputes will be handled by our management team. Viaggi Incredible India reserves the right to make the final decision in special cases, keeping customer satisfaction and fairness in mind.
