Terms & Conditions – Viaggi Incredible India

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings made with Viaggi Incredible India (“we,” “our,” “us”). By making a booking, you (“Client,” “Traveler,” “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required deposit or full payment as specified at the time of reservation.
• You must provide accurate personal information, including passport details, contact information, and special requests, at the time of booking.
• Any errors or omissions in the details provided may result in additional costs or changes.

2. Payments

• All payments must be made in the currency and manner specified in your invoice.
• Payment deadlines must be met to secure your booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and applicable charges as per our Cancellation Policy.

3. Pricing & Inclusions

• Prices quoted are based on current rates, taxes, and currency exchange rates at the time of booking.
• Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or changes in government taxes.
• The itinerary will clearly state what is included (transportation, accommodation, meals, entrance fees) and excluded (personal expenses, insurance, optional tours).

4. Changes & Amendments

• If you request changes after booking (travel dates, itinerary, accommodation category), we will try to accommodate them, but additional charges may apply.
• Changes made close to the departure date may be treated as cancellations and rebookings.

5. Cancellations by the Client

• All cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy.
• Any non-refundable components (such as flight tickets, hotel bookings, permits) will be deducted from the refund.

6. Cancellations or Changes by Us

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify your booking due to force majeure, operational constraints, or safety concerns.
• If this happens, we will offer an alternative of equal or higher value, or a refund as per our Refund Policy.

7. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

• It is your responsibility to obtain and carry valid passports, visas, permits, and other travel documents.
• We are not liable for costs or delays caused by missing, expired, or incorrect documentation.

8. Health & Safety

• You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to travel.
• We are not liable for any illness, injury, or death unless caused by our proven negligence.
• You must follow the instructions of your tour leader or local guide for your safety.

9. Liability & Limitations

• We act as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers (hotels, transport companies, airlines). We are not responsible for acts, omissions, or negligence of such providers.
• We are not liable for delays, loss, damage, or additional expenses due to weather, strikes, political unrest, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

10. Client Conduct

• We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any traveler from a tour if their behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful.
• No refunds will be provided in such cases.

11. Insurance

• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and baggage loss.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
